While I had a great experience with our sales woman Caryn, the rest of my buying experience has been horrendous. I truly hope that they do not treat all of their clients like this and I will be making sure that I refer no one because of this. I spoke to unhelpful and rude people when I call into customer service. Not one part of this has been straight forward. We had a great experience with Solid Wood Cabinets (so far). The sale they mentioned online actually turned out to be a good deal. We were skeptical and didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised with the estimate for new cabinets. Jackie was great to work with. She made the design process easy and was willing to make changes as we requested. She worked quickly and was easy to communicate with.
