They either dont take your garbage because you have too much, accuse you of using someone elses cans(what?), or just dont show up! Great business! NOT

From the beginning there were lags in service. We waited 3 weeks after calling before someone remembered to pick up our garbage. The lags in service were almost constant. They never apologize for missing pick up or offer reimbursement. I paid on time every billing period. They showed up to do their job when they remembered us. When I finally called to cancel service the girl said “that’s fine.” No apology; no attempt to work through issues. Terrible business operation.
