I ordered a Hi-Mac countertop from Solid Surface back in the middle of June with the understanding that the counter would be completed and installed as soon as the cabinets were installed which was in the 3rd week of August. I gave them plenty of notice, 2 months, to ensure that job would be finished on time. This week I finally gave up and have hired a different company to complete the installation as Solid Surface had done nothing. I cannot recommend this company.
