Open your dictionary and look up scumbag. There will be a picture of Ed Dlugolecki, the pasty childish dweeb that is the "lead installer" at solid circus who isnt even qualified to mop the floor at the local mcdonalds. Ed is an insufferable loser who runs around the shop all day throwing temer tantrums to disguise the fact that he knows literaly nothing about granite. Next to that will be the owner, a fat loser named Alan Boulant, an individual who's only claim to success is the money his daddy left him and who has no busine... read more

Quite possibly the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I'm upgrading my bathroom and I'm a do it yourselfer, anyways I went to solid surface to look at slabs and upon asking a few simple inital questions was met with a sense of "what are you doing wasting my time" from the girl in the front. Then when I asked to look at slabs, she couldn't have been happier to push me off on the worker in the back, a stringy bald guy named eddy who seemed to know next to nothing about granite despite having "worked in the indu... read more

I purchased a granite countertop from Solid Surface Craftsman and it was a giant mistake. The first time they installed it (2+ months late with no apology) the installer crew was late and the whole thing was crooked. They reluctantly sent out a 2nd installer crew (that was late, again) to fix it and when that installer crew didnt fix it right they sent out a third installer crew (that was late, again) and Ed, their lead installer, to fix it, who was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met, and they fixed the "field... read more

I was incredibly unimpressed with Solid Surface. The employees could have cared less to help you and when you finally did get helped they were incredibly rude. We went into the store to look to purchase new counter tops for my kitchen. We found really nice samples however they were incredibly over priced and I won't be purchasing them. Also, in there sample kitchen most of the oils and spices looked as if they had been used. I'm not sure where all the employees were but if I had to guess they were eating.

Sorry about other reviewer. I Dealt with solid surface used by our builder directly. They were GREAT. I had a butcher block that they ordered from another company because they don't carry directly and it came with flaws in the wood (little splinters). They came and took it back not once but twice to re-plane. The bathroom vanity shifted (do to new house settling), they came right over and made an adjustment. Not a lot of companies want to hear from you after they are paid. I would highly recommend based on the after service ... read more

This company sucks do not by kitchen in Lowes – I took four months and three different countertops, from three different companies and than we received c-top. Each time they claim distributor fault, Koreans (LG) are not delivering stone etc. Those people show no mercy, they do not say sorry, and they do not care about you, and worst of all they do not even know what they have in stock. The saddest thing is they do not have huevos to admit fault. They schedule installation four weeks in advance and than they do not have probl... read more
