Very low standards and resulting poor quality of work. Luis (founder/owner) is full of excuses. Review history is surprisingly questionable. Did not add base coat in areas; inconsistent floating; wrong texture; and, lines around windows, doors, etc. are far from linear. Dumped mixed “stuff” on property. Not to mention failed to properly tape to protect windows, AC units, gutters, wall outlets, and metal conduits. Terminated Luis’ services mid project and having to source a new contractor to fix and redo Solid Stucco’s work.

Jeff ****** engaged our services for stucco work at his residence, and initially, the project proceeded smoothly. However, as it progressed, both Jeff ****** and his spouse, assumed an active role in overseeing the project, despite his wife not being formal parties to the contract. The response to my review supports the marketing campaign of Solid Stucco. I have never written an online review and felt compelled to protect other consumers, so they’re not taken advantage of as we were during a time of necessity. With hindsight, I should have filed a formal complaint and uploaded pictures to support the negligence, but will move forward in good conscience.
I absolutely recommend Solid Stucco for stucco repair and exterior wood door varnish & weatherproofing. Luis was in regular communication with me via text, photos, and videos throughout the stucco repair job. His employees worked every day for long hours until the project was complete. After the job was complete, their clean up job was impeccable and the stucco repair was impressive. Thank you!

Outstanding! Luis and his team replaced about 67% of the stucco and substrate on my 4-story. The house is once again beautiful, and the workmanship looks perfect. The team started working as soon as the contract was signed; they were punctual for start & stop times every day, and were very respectful of my property as well as all my neighbors' properties... an important consideration in a small community!
