Staff are very unempathetic. Not concerned with doing the right thing. Very unimpressed with argumentative nature of staff. The arrogance to infer that the health of my children was secondary to them performing their job. Oblivious to harm being caused by lack of communication on their part, then not even interested in remedying the situation as it was an inconvenience even though, what was occurring was harmful to the health of two toddlers. There's no perfect strata company- we have various commercial properties handled by various strata companies and let me tell you first and foremost Solid Strata is the best hands down by a county mile in fact the others strata management companies I deal with aren't anywhere near as good.
Absolute numpties, if I could give zero stars I would, stuck in the past in efficient highschool dropouts that have very poor business practices, poor communication skills and just bad across the board, time to move to the 21st century, it's unfortunate that we are stuck dealing with these people for now
