Paid $2,000 over competitive bid because I was told installation would be completed in 2-3 weeks. Paid full amount in advance and as we enter our 7th week job is still not done. They made errors in the installation and can’t seem to figure out how to fix it. They stopped returning my calls so now I have to hire another installer to finish the job and take them to court to get a refund Kevin Huffman

I had a great experience with Solid Source. I am pretty picky and worked with Brian, JR and Christian though the process of choosing and installing our granite countertops. They answered many questions with patience as I made multiple calls and visited the shop more than a few times! They were all a pleasure to work with as I made changes and discussed ideas with them.
