We bought our home in April of 2021 and the leak in the partial basement appeared shortly AFTER we installed all new flooring there. We spent months trying to track down the leak(s) desperate to avoid the high cost of exterior waterproofing, but to no avail. Solid Solutions executed both a drainage fix to my backyard as well as a minor wall leak in my basement. Charlie was very responsive and executed clear communications on both expectations and work effort progress over the two day period. The on-site team was very courteous and professional at all times. Great job overall and highly recommend Solid Solutions for any similar needs!
Charlie and his team are absolute beasts in their trade. By far the fairest price around and he was willing to work around my schedule. He had to install a sump pump and explained to me why we needed one (I’m from Arizona so I’m not used to basements or water really lol) in advance of having to buy the materials. I’m planning on calling them out again to do some more concrete work next year.

Charlie gets it done for a great price. So far he has done some foundation work to a corner of my house and some roof work. I would call him for another job without hesitation
