This company was hired to install an AC in my house. They subcontracted the job to someone else who was absolutely terrible and showed up drunk!! Their communication skills are terrible once they get the job. Steven said he'd come to fix it July 1st then after waiting the whole day, he said he wouldn't come because it was a holiday. Fun. They installed my AC unit back in 2021, Stephen was great at communicating and no BS. The price he told me is the price I got no hidden costs. He and his team were very professional and got the job done in the time he said. This year I was having an issue with my AC and I contacted Stephan he was more than happy to help me via email/text. Stephen is very professional and did a great job installing my 2.5 Ton Ducane AC. He and his son were quick, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Terrible customer service. Reached out to schedule some maintenance to get done on the furnace and didn’t get a reply. When they finally replied days later to schedule a time, I let them know what time and day worked for me and never received an answer back.
