I called Stephen when my heater stopped working. I had no idea and he made me replace part for a very old furnace. I paid about $1000. And in 2 weeks heater broke again and this time around he replaced other parts costing me $1500. What kind of professional changes parts for a furnace older than 13 years???? Spent a total of $2500, when instead I could have just got the furnace replaced and also got warranty. He just charges for every word he speaks. Money pit is the theme. I do not recommend.
I’m truly grateful to Stephan and his team! The AC installation went smoothly, and when a small issue came up, they returned right away and took care of it. Stephan gave me a price that fit my budget, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thanks to a good friend for introducing me, absolutely no regrets. I highly recommend them!
This company was hired to install an AC in my house. They subcontracted the job to someone else who was absolutely terrible and showed up drunk!! Their communication skills are terrible once they get the job. Steven said he'd come to fix it July 1st then after waiting the whole day, he said he wouldn't come because it was a holiday. Fun. They installed my AC unit back in 2021, Stephen was great at communicating and no BS. The price he told me is the price I got no hidden costs. He and his team were very professional and got the job done in the time he said. This year I was having an issue with my AC and I contacted Stephan he was more than happy to help me via email/text.
