Be careful! Dade did several things for us and pricing was good in the past. Had him come do a bigger job based on past service and his rates somehow skyrocketed because "how much work" it was per Kristen. His plumbing rate is $110 but I got charged $150 per hour. And beware of the mileage fee, my father in law was charged .90 cents but I was charged $2.50. We should have got a bid but because of past service we thought he was trust worthy, but we were wrong.
