We are an out of state mortgage lender who happened to stumble across Solid Rock Foundation online. My clients were refinancing their home in Garland, TX and the appraiser pointed out and took pictures of their foundation - referencing it was cracked and damaged. I called Solid Rock because I thought my house needed foundation repair. Heath Jennings came and did an inspection. He was very kind. He told me that the house did not have foundation issues, but maintenance issues. He explained why we are having the issues, and gave me recommendations on how to take care of the house. I appreciate Heath's honesty, work ethics and help.
The foundation job was completed and the engineering report came back that everything was done correctly.
