Great work, reliable, accommodating schedule.
Working with Solid Rock was an awesome experience! They rebuilt our deck and added a pergola. Their craftsmanship is very detail-oriented and very competent. But even more, Solid Rock has impeccable integrity and will be fair in pricing. Their Staff is polite, professional, and fun to work with. I will not hesitate to use Solid Rock for future projects and highly recommend their services.
Had a deck demolished and completely redone by Solid Rock in 2021. New deck was enlarged, stairs relocated, and a great seating bench custom built. Very fair price. Everyone was a joy to work with and were so patient with our edits and questions. Our deck by Solid Rock has added value to our property and we enjoy it so much, always get compliments! Will definitely use Solid Rock again and highly recommend!
They are overall nice people but don’t do the overall best work. Some of my flooring is uneven in my house they installed because of the slab floor. I would have thought they would be using a level for it. Both gates are sagging and won’t open/close properly. They have to be rebuilt. When the hinges were taken off Solid Rock had used these stubby screws that also caused the hinge to bend.
