Excellent service. I would tell all my friends to go here. They do their best to save people money they are very friendly and welcoming. It is a nice shop and a great atmosphere to hang out in while you wait for your car.

I was using Shaun and another Mechanic to take care of my car. I couldn't get to Shaun once, to my forever regret! I went to my other mechanic, had some work done, and within a month, I started hearing a noise and there was a burning smell. I had to drive to L.A, so naturally, I had to get my car road worthy. I was able to get into Shaun, and he let me know quickly that my fan trap was broken. We own a Van, Truck, Prius and a Motor home. All 4 of our vehicles have been to Solid Rock Auto for different reasons. The Customer care and auto repairs are outstanding! Whatever the need may be we always take our vehicles to Solid Rock. I've sent family and friends to Solid Rock Auto and they are just as please as we are. Shaun is friendly, honest and works hard. Don't waste your time taking your vehicle anywhere else. Shaun has always done all of the work on all of my vehicles since I started driving. I have never been left stranded or broken down. Shaun has even stayed later than the shop hours to work on my car so I could get to work the next day, and always just charged me for what was done, never any extra fees. I also know several people who have had their project vehicle completed at Solid Rock Auto, as well as daily drivers and I have never once seen an unhappy customer. If y... read more

I won't let anyone else touch my truck!! Finally a place to go where I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. As a female walking into automotive repair shops I feel like I'm looked at as a giant dollar sign. It's nice to be able to go somewhere that doesn't take advantage of someone that doesn’t know a lot about vehicles. I needed to get some fluids flushed, it was a $600 minimum at other shops. Here, that price was almost cut in half. I'm very happy with the service and the pricing! I won't go anywhere else.

I took my truck to several places and they couldn't even tell me what was wrong. I took it to Solid Rock Auto and Shaun was not only able to tell me what was wrong with my truck but fixed what 2 other places could not. Shauns shop is clean, he's straight forward and honest. I continue to take my vehicles to Solid Rock Auto and recommend them to people I know. I trust his work.

I had my car "repaired" at solid rock auto three times. Two months later I had to replace EVERY SINGLE part they had installed. Shaun replaced a transmission gasket. It was not installed correctly. Therefore, all of my transmission fluid leaked out and it was running dry and caused transmission damage. He also replaced a camshaft sensor. They didnt tell me that I needed an interrupter to go with it. So, my interruper was ruined beacuse not all the parts that were needed to job were installed. Solid Rock Auto is the best place to get your vehicle worked on. I thought my truck was going to fall apart and was prepaired to spend a lot of money to fix it, Shaun checked it out and told me it was a simple fix, repaired it for a reaonable price and now it runs like a champ again!
