Great contractor to work with and a great team - always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I appreciate his openness to trouble shoot issues and do the research in order to figure out how to deal with all manner of tricky construction surprises. It always comes up in older existing homes and apartments. As an architect, it's great when I have someone like Jiri working with my clients because I know he's always fair and has a great eye for the finished product.
