we had new garage doors installed recently from solid reach doors & gates. from the beginning, david came out to measure and we discussed the price. after a few weeks, the doors arrived and jace and eugene came to install them. it took about 7 hours to replace our 3 doors, and they look fantastic. we decided on 2 rows of glass at the top so we can see out to the driveway, and it really makes a difference. our old wood doors looked nice but needed too much care, so we switched to metal doors that only need a quick rinse now a... read more
I am so glad I reached out for garage door service! I sent an email after 5 p.m. on a Friday and didn’t expect to hear back quickly. Shawn replied to my message on Saturday and said a technician would contact me soon. Tyrone gave me a call on Sunday morning and, even though it wasn’t an urgent issue, he came over that same day. He had my garage door opener running smoothly in just a few minutes! I didn’t realize how poorly it was working until Tyrone fixed it. I highly recommend their garage door services in Kenilworth!
Shawn and Max provided excellent service. I took on the project of installing a new garage door and opener myself, but I ran into an issue where it wouldn’t open and close properly. Shawn and Max examined the hardware and quickly discovered that the springs that came with the door were too small. Fortunately, they had the correct springs ready in their truck and fixed everything in just a few minutes. Wow! Once the job was done, the pricing was very reasonable. Great job!
Solid Reach Doors & Gates did an impressive job installing our new garage door, after it had suffered severe damage from a truck collision. They responded swiftly, installing a duplicate of our previous door, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, a few minor issues arose a month later. However, David personally examined the door on the same day and noted that it required a few tweaks. He handled my snapped garage door spring in a jiffy.
