Had an urgent situation with a clogged main sewer line (residential). Solid's response was quick and efficient, with clear communication, a comprehensible diagnosis and explanation of the problem, an estimate that they stuck to, and promised follow-up throughout the process. Their rates are reasonable. I'll be calling them again!
