Dealing with a main sewer line clog and water backing up out of clean out. Late Sunday evening and they were the only ones who would come out immediately. Had a plumber on site within 30 minutes. He explained that they could snake it and then his boss (owner) could come out tomorrow and use the camera to fully diagnose. They came to my place to fix a plugged pipe with Palm tree roots. Unfortunately getting to the pipe wasn't easy, and it took some time. But they persisted and finally replaced it. Why i give them 5 stars isn't because of just "doing the job", it's because afterwards we had a leak. (No fault of anyone) I called Solid Plumbing and they immediately sent a team over to fix it.
