I'm just going to state the facts in this review so you can form your own opinion. The day before the move Tony called to confirm the move at 11AM, and that the move-in building elevator was reserved for 1-4PM the following day. I confirmed the elevator time and made clear that the Move-In building was strict on their reservations and would not allow moves outside of the window, he confirmed.
