The service that we received from Solid Image exceeded our expectations! Installed my counter top with new sink. Did a wonderful, professional, through job. They truly stand by their work!
Installed my counter top with new sink. Waited 3 weeks for the process. They came late and left early, because they didn't properly seal the sink. Now they tell me, it will be another week before they can come back to finish the job. Completely Unacceptable! Never use this company as they are completely unprofessional, and don't stand by their work!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t waste your time or money with them. I paid over 2500 for cabinets and they wanna tell you when you can and can’t install your countertops when you paying for their service. Talk to the owner Warren. Very unprofessional didn’t resolve the issue instead offered to return my money told me he would get another business to do it. Wish he would have told me 3 weeks ago when I paid.
Rob and Ronnie installed our countertops They were proffessional,and worked well together knowing each other’s moves. They made quick work of the project explaining and answering any questions A very good experience! We are very happy
