Where do I start? After the initial order from Lowes the Solid Image template technician measured my kitchen with amazing accuracy and I say this due to the crappy builder C@PSTONE installing subpar countertops prior. From Ester to Emily to the tour of the facility the entire process was INCREDIBLE. My installers Obdulio, Sanjuan and Mauricio showed up on time, were very professional, friendly and funny. We were stuck with this company when we made a mistake and went through Lowe's for countertops. As you can see, initially when they put the countertops in they did not cut straight and that necessitated them coming back and adding in a backsplash to cover their issues. Unfortunately, even with that, part of the countertop was left rough. I definitely do not recommend using this company.
1. During the initial laser measure appt the time was changed the day prior 2. A corner came chipped and they put filler in 3. Laser measurements are supposed to be within tolerances, it was not. They had to chisel my wall trim to fit and it’s was a hack job cut which I have to fix now 4. They didn’t clean off the backside of the granite during what I assume would be cutting so now I have to rewash everything, take out the drawers and clean all underneath surfaces I can reach To pay almost 4k and have these issues is unaccep... read more
‼️ WARNING ‼️ A complete nightmare dealing with Solid Image and the owner Warren Reid. He’s condescending and took over a year to receive the correct cabinet parts to our specs. We went over a year with an Incomplete kitchen due to the laziness and incompetence of the owner, Warren. Never apologized for holding the project up and could have cared less to ever make our project complete.They don’t carry quality cabinetry, it’s IKEA quality.
