Excellent experience with Solid Hook Inc. The crew was professional, on time, and handled our industrial washing machinery move safely and efficiently. Their knowledge of machinery moving, industrial rigging, and equipment installation really showed. Everything was positioned perfectly, and the project was completed without any issues. Highly recommend them for any heavy machinery moving or plant relocation work.
Shoutout to Varun - Very professional, takes care of your cargo like it is his, he is personally invested in doing right by the customer which was clear from the way he worked. Most importantly - Solid Hook showed up in less than 2hours in a middle of a snowstorm in Mid-January 2026 and handled everything as if there was no snow storm. Had a Bridge CNC sitting in a container in Scarborough with no dock access. Solid Hook came with the right gear, brought a Landoll trailer, and had the 12-ton machine out and moved inside the shop without any issues. They took their time, measured everything properly, and set it exactly where we needed. No damage, no mess, and the crew worked in a calm, controlled way the whole time. Great experience if you’re dealing with heavy equipment or awkward machine installs in the GTA.
We have a 300 ton Komatsu press, very big and heavy machine. Solid Hook laid it down, transported it and installed it at the new location. Everything went smooth, no damage to the machine or the floors. Very professional crew, they know what they are doing. I am very happy with the service and recommend this company.
