New to town. Went looking for it. It wasn't there.
Great gym. Awful experience with the owner. I did a day pass at this place and loved it. Expressed concern to him after about how I’m a travel health care worker and wanted to double check cancelation policy. Told me all was good as long as I canceled 30 days prior to next billing cycle. So I signed up after confirming with him through text message. He never responded to me after I signed up for a membership with a code to get into the gym. By far the best gym in Iowa City, Atmosphere is great!
Lifted at Solid for the first time today. Overall, the best power lifting gym I’ve ever been to. Great equipment, great people that lift there, and it wasn’t overly busy. I thought they had a very reasonable price for their monthly membership. If you’re a student at University of Iowa, it’s a great gym to go to if you’re sick of the Rec Center.
