By far the best gym in Iowa City, Atmosphere is great!
Lifted at Solid for the first time today. Overall, the best power lifting gym I’ve ever been to. Great equipment, great people that lift there, and it wasn’t overly busy. I thought they had a very reasonable price for their monthly membership. If you’re a student at University of Iowa, it’s a great gym to go to if you’re sick of the Rec Center.

You will find a great assortment of equipment arranged nicely in the space they have. The powerlifting area is in need better bars and over all they do not have enough weights.
