Last week I had an issue with a house we were renovating. What I was told by another inspector didn't seem right. I can Highly recommend Solid Ground Home Inspections. Erika was great and made the inspection possible even though we had a schedule change at the last minute. Stephen made a deep and detailed inspection. He explained the issues he saw clearly to me before he left and delivered a very comprehensive report of the repairs that were needed on the house. I enjoyed his sharing some of the vast knowledge he has and would ask his advice again!

Stephen was very helpful and explained a lot of what he was looking for. He offered suggestions on how to upkeep specific issues found. He checked ever inch of the house and property and noted what was great and what needed fixing. Would recommend Solid Ground Home Ispection to anyone I know in need of a home inspection.
