Stephen was terrific. In addition to the thorough inspection, he had dozens of helpful maintenance suggestions and assistance with the features of the home. Would highly recommend.
Mr. Steve is truly an amazing and honest guy when he came out to do our home inspection he was very thorough gave us his card and said call him if we needed anything checked out or fixed our lights was giving us a problem I called and he didn’t hesitate to work us into his busy schedule he is truly a God send.
I can Highly recommend Solid Ground Home Inspections. Erika was great and made the inspection possible even though we had a schedule change at the last minute. Stephen made a deep and detailed inspection. He explained the issues he saw clearly to me before he left and delivered a very comprehensive report of the repairs that were needed on the house. I enjoyed his sharing some of the vast knowledge he has and would ask his advice again!
Never using anyone else again. If you need a home inspector in the low country (Charleston, James Island, Johns Island, Summerville, Mt Pleasant, etc!) you need to call them!
