Gave a $10k deposit 8/30/22. Have been trying to get a hold of them since and nothing. no return call or anything. Answered a call from a random number and blew me off. RIP OFF ALERT!
Jeffrey is the owner, came out to survey the property, took a $1300 deposit and never completed the work, stopped answering emails and phone calls, 3 months later still no response, professional scam artist.
Not trustworthy!! I signed a contract with them on June 4th, paid a deposit of $2,950 for a fence extension. Since October, they are not answering my emails and phone calls. The job is not done!
The initial interaction/service was extremely stressful to say the least. However, after several interventions and relentless efforts I was able to get the job completed. The quality of their work is good, however improving on customer service would make the ratings much higher.
I see a number of recent reviews saying the same thing as me (sort the reviews by the "newest"). Like these other customers, Solid Fencing took my deposit and now they're gone.......they won't answer emails, phone calls or text messages. I'm curious about the review from Kelley Rohrborn from two days ago saying everything went well, whereas the other recent reviews say the company is not responding at all.
