We had a great experience working with Solid Construction on our porch/sunroom enclosure. Anatoly and his crew were professional and thorough throughout the process. Anatoly spent plenty of time working with us on our vision and was always available to answer questions from start to finish. He and his crew were always on time, worked hard, did excellent work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are very happy we chose Solid Construction for our new sunroom and recommend them highly for any home project.
I would like to highly recommend Solid Construction, LLC of Lewis, Delaware, for any construction or renovation work you may be thinking about. They completed my project---a 10 X 20-foot screened porch with fans and double sliding doors onto my dining room--- with excellent craftsmanship, clear communications, and reliable scheduling. The team was respectful of my home, stayed on budget, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The owner, Anatoly Kitaev, helped me and kept me in the loop through every step of the... read more
We had an amazing experience with Anatoly and team. They completed a beautiful deck and also finished a bonus room for us. From the very start, Anatoly was a pleasure to work with. Detailed and reasonable with his estimates, super responsive in comms, prompt & punctual. They kept the worksite very clean and kept us updated with regular detailed updates on progress throughout the project. This was especially super helpful with us overseeing most of the work remotely. Whenever we had any feedback, it was well received and prom... read more
I had an outstanding experience working with Solid Construction in Lewes. Their attention to detail is unmatched, catching structural and cosmetic nuances that other builders easily overlook. They are completely honest, transparent with pricing, and clear about project timelines from start to finish. Most importantly, their team shows an incredible dedication to doing the work right the first time without cutting corners. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality contractor in the Lewes area.
Anatoly and his crew did a fantastic job converting my screen room into a 4 season sunroom with installation of floor to ceiling windows and HVAC Mini-split, highly recommended.
