I had my HVAC system examined after 5 years—a terrible error to wait so long! It was full of dust and mold. I installed a UV light and now my air is clearer than before. If you haven't checked your ducts in a while, don't delay any longer!
We recently bought a house and needed to get the air ducts clean. Brad was easy to get a hold of, explained his estimating and pricing thoroughly, and was flexible with scheduling on my time. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning our air ducts, it is so nice knowing that the air circulating is clean in our home now. I would definitely recommend Solex Air Duct & Vent Cleaning and we will be calling Brad again in the future!
Terrible service. They never showed for two days. I canceled my day on a Monday and they never showed. I called many times throughout the 3 hour window to confirm they would be there, and then on the final call (2 hours after that window) they told me they wouldn’t make it. They rescheduled for Wednesday 11-2. Again they never showed despite guaranteeing me they would be on time this time. Beyond frustrated. DK NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Two full days wasted waiting for them.
Eric and David did an awesome job cleaning my air ducts and vent. They were on-time, thorough, and explained the work they would be completing before they did it. . It was my first time using their company and I will definitely use them again in the future. Great experience and quality work!
The absolute worse service ever !?! The woman is the office is terrible at communicating and the appointment kept being rescheduled
