The best massage I’ve ever gotten! I am a nurse and weightlifter so my muscles are very tight, Christina was able to get each one to relax. It was so recharging and every muscle group was addressed. Christina asked a few questions before starting and really tailored my experience. Highly recommend and definitely will be back.
I love SolEscape! Etienne Pait in particular is a GIFT – he is a highly skilled massage therapist, so practical and intuitive! I am so grateful for the way he listens – he is so present – and meets me where I am at every time to zero in these knots in my physical, mental, and energetic body that need attention, soothing, and release... what a treasure. <3
Etienne is an overall wonderful human being and creates such a comfortable, safe, and healing space. I have been going to Sol Escape and seeing Etienne for craniosacral therapy/massage for several years. I recommend anyone considering massage therapy for muscular tension and/or migraines (or just to relax!) to book an appointment with Etienne. Etienne was absolutely fantastic. He pinpointed where my pain was. He took his time, even though we were slightly over the 1 hour mark. He also worked with me to do some exercises at home. Professional, caring, calming. Highly recommend!
