I purchased a unit at this community less than two years ago, after having a couple of issues with water leaks Lennar now does not want to stand by their warranty. The unit was purchased August 30, 2023 meaning less than two years before this review. This happened at the Prestliegh location when first opened. buying a home is an important investment and place to live. The salespeople are there to sell you this expensive home. They are not your friend or looking out for you. We were looking for a home that we could park our RV in the driveway to pack and unload for our trips. In addition a main room on the main level. Well this review is not about employees. But DR Horton has over priced these homes and sold them by using low quality material and appliances. Just installed what was necessary to pass inspections and to adhere to the county/city guidelines. These $400K homes are worth maybe a third of that. And that one year warranty with these construction conditions should be lifetime!
