I have been in and out of this building since 2015. While there are many good things that have kept me coming back, the overall trend is not good and I will not move here again if having to leave at any point for another project. Currently we are dealing with a noise issue on the back side of the building that might force me to move. I'd seriously consider other options in the area first. I am currently looking for an apartment in Denver close to the train station and emailed Solara apartments to set up a tour. Abby, my tour guide and email contact, is probably the sweetest person I’ve ever met! I was almost sold without even looking at the place based on her being so nice! That tells me the kind of community this place offers. I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and offer amazing views that really make the place feel special. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get, which is a huge plus. A big shoutout to Abby and Michelle — they are absolutely fantastic and always helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming.
