This place was an unbelievable find! Excellent location, quite affordable rent, great amenities, outstanding staff, and the walls are fairly sound-proof. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place downtown! Walking distance to Coors Field, Union Station, Ball Arena, and Empower Field. Do yourself a favor, check it out. The Solera Apartments are an excellent choice for anyone looking to live in a walkable and friendly portion of downtown Denver. Abyagael made us feel immediately at home. The amenities alone make this building stand out- however, as a coffee gal, best coffee machine I’ve ever used in a lobby! We also loved the buildings sustainable practices and how they were whimsically followed throughout the property (a great touch)! Apply and live here!!!
Solera is the best deal you're going to find downtown. Great apartments for a really fair price. Maintenance was always very attentive and quick to respond to any issues. Michelle, Tabitha, and Talaya at the front desk are the best
Solera is the best apartment and community I have lived in. We chose Solera without having visited this part of Denver or this apartment complex and we chose it based on the positive reviews (specifically about their management team). The people working in the building exceeded expectations. They are so helpful when it comes to move in/out. The maintenance team is always on top of it. Plus they are super kind and thoughtful!
Great experience from our first phone call all the way to moving in, the building is in a great location and our apartment is quiet and energy-efficient.
