Kylee Baker, the property manager at Solera Apartments, has proven to be unprofessional, biased, and completely incompetent in addressing tenant concerns. After I alerted her of an ongoing double billing issue, instead of working to resolve the matter, she illegally blamed me and has actively worked against me at every step. Despite clear evidence and ample opportunity to correct the issue, I am now forced to seek legal assistance to fight against these unethical and illegal billing practices. the building is amazing and the leasing agents have been an incredible help in the moving process! The amenities look fantastic and very well cared for and up to date!
Sent my account into collections after I paid it in full. Management acknowledged this was in error. When I asked them to reach out to the creditor which they are LEGALLY obligated to do they did not. Sent me to Grey Star Corp who doesn't answer calls from me or the collections agency. UPDATE: The issue got resolved but only because the regional manager was in the office. I had to come in person to get this resolved and lucked out that the regional was there.
