Booked the badminton court. Staff are good - they are open to adjusting the booking times. Good rackets, but I would recommend taking your own shuttle. Was able to play as long as the next booking wasn't there.
0 Stars – Extremely Disappointed I had a very frustrating experience at the Solent Sports Complex today. I simply forgot my student ID card and politely asked the staff to check my details in the system and allow me access. I explained that my accommodation is quite far, and going back just for the card was inconvenient. Despite being a registered student, they flat-out refused to help or offer any alternative solution. It was disappointing to be treated so inflexibly and without any consideration.
