0 Stars – Extremely Disappointed I had a very frustrating experience at the Solent Sports Complex today. I simply forgot my student ID card and politely asked the staff to check my details in the system and allow me access. I explained that my accommodation is quite far, and going back just for the card was inconvenient. Despite being a registered student, they flat-out refused to help or offer any alternative solution. It was disappointing to be treated so inflexibly and without any consideration.
I want to give 0 star rate for this if possible. Really bad experience. I purchased Pay as you go ticket here for badminton. I was told there should be no more than 16 people at 4 courts. I found there were no actual management, and more than 25 people come to the courts to play, some of them didn’t have the ticket but still played.
