Very rude GP, basically told my partner who has two chronic pain conditions that because we live in a poor area with drug users, that she can't get all the pain relief she needs. And then being told that because she ended up crying and the meeting went on slightly longer than normal that she'd ruined other patients appointments. Disgusting behaviour.
On 22 April 11.30 She was answering while eating,so I can’t understand even what she said and she’s tone and way and looking to me scary was so bad and aggressive,she even tried to shout. Blond aged lady with a glasses. I never faced before any receptionist’s doing with a patient in that way.
Impossible to see a doctor when advised to by nhs111 go to A&E. Not impressed.
Although this is not my surgery but Emma (Health And Wellbeing Coach) has been so good and really supportive.
