The entire office staff at Solem Orthodontics is always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Solem always makes sure to communicate with the patient and parent what is happening so there are no surprises. I have always felt very comfortable in all plans presented by Dr. Solem. We would recommend this office to any of our friends or family.
The staff here are really nice and always try to make you laugh during the hard times. They know what they’re doing and treat you well. I also love how they give out prizes for challenges and treats like cookies, popsicles, and even gift cards. The only downside was they were a bit rough once, which made my lip bleed and ripped out my brace.
Dr Solom and his team are amazing! Since the beginning of my son’s treatment to each follow up has been smooth. When we had an ortho emergency Dr Solom even made an effort to see our son quickly though he was out of town. We recommend his office to everyone!
Solem Orthodontics has a welcoming staff they are polite, helpful and patient. The Pleasant Hill location is nice and convenient, parking is easy, you are in and out quickly. Dr Solem is friendly and kind. I highly recommend Solem Orthodontics, my daughter loves this place.
