Amazing! Janae takes the time to ask questions regarding how I’m feeling, what I’m looking for in my massage, and encourages feedback. Ashiatsu is the way to go for deep tissue! And she truly loves her profession! I’ve also taken a yoga course with her. I love how she includes the history of yoga and guest speakers. I found it to be suitable for any level of practice.
