I did not receive services from this business, so this review is based solely on my experience over the phone. I called Solely Massage with a question about shiatsu and was trying to explain what I had experienced somewhere else to see if it match. While I was speaking, the call was disconnected. When I called back, I was told that I had the wrong number, even though the business had already been identified as Solely Massage during the first call. Amazing! Janae takes the time to ask questions regarding how I’m feeling, what I’m looking for in my massage, and encourages feedback. Ashiatsu is the way to go for deep tissue! And she truly loves her profession! I’ve also taken a yoga course with her. I love how she includes the history of yoga and guest speakers. I found it to be suitable for any level of practice.
Janae is the BEST!! I have been a client for several years. She is very professional, caring, and truly a skilled massage therapist. She is also a very lovely person. Can’t say enough great things about Janae!
