Called and left a message, since we live 12 hours away. No one ever returned the call. When I showed up in person I was told I needed a relator to see the property. I'm not going to trouble a realtor if the property seems unfriendly.
I live there so it is great!
I love living here. It is like summer camp for adults. Tons of amenities - Tennis on clay courts, Pickleball, cooking clubs, all sorts of card games, indoor and outdoor pools, beautiful club house with a variety of events...too much to list. It is very well maintained and run by a quality management company and HOA board. I love the quietness at night and the ability to drive my golf cart to the golf course that intersects our community. You can do as much or as little as you want. People are very friendly.
