Great company
Do not believe the pricing. I was assured a fixed price and when the promised tax credit was to come in it never arrived. This pushed my bill 2x what I use to pay for electricity. Now I am stuck with a solar system that cost me 2x what I use to pay on my high months in the summer every month now. NO COST SAVINGS HERE! Then they wanted to follow up with me and sell me a battery wall. I have had a highly disappointing experience with this solar company. From the outset, there have been consistent issues with their internal operations and treatment of employees. Payments are frequently delayed, and commission payouts are either withheld or unjustly denied, often under questionable pretenses. The company also has a track record of undercompensating agents, even when deals are secured through their efforts. They deserve -5 they are extremely unprofessional and they're scammers. Customer service is horrible, they make up terms as they see fit for their needs and benefit, don't pay their workers the owners keep the funds, claims to be roof experts but damaged so many roofs and window screeens during installation process and will not acknowledge or remedy the problems they caused, and they obtained PPP loans illegally, just to name a few of their shady practices.
