They deserve -5 they are extremely unprofessional and they're scammers. Customer service is horrible, they make up terms as they see fit for their needs and benefit, don't pay their workers the owners keep the funds, claims to be roof experts but damaged so many roofs and window screeens during installation process and will not acknowledge or remedy the problems they caused, and they obtained PPP loans illegally, just to name a few of their shady practices. Terrible customer service, they don't respond to any communication and take no responsibility for their poor quality of work.
Overpriced, poor quality work, and unresponsive to any communication after installation. The laborers they contract are also clearly overworked and underpaid.
