Super disappointed by this company. I paid the deposit to rent a loveseat and flower arch. 5 days before my event I notified them it was canceled. According to the contract anything canceled within 48 hours was non refundable so I believed I would get my deposit back since I notified them 5 days in advance. Unfortunately they charged me $100 cancelation fee and only gave me $30 back. Honestly really disappointing how they dealt with it. We used Soleil's Event Rentals for a flower wall and Photo Booth for our wedding. They were very easy to communicate with and provided a wonderful service. The photo booth was easy to use, and we love having the online album to view the photos of us and our guests from our wedding. I would recommend for weddings and other events!
