I'm a pretty active guy who Mt bikes, runs trails, works out regularly and moves pianos as part of my business. I've had a few massages in the past for various ailments and sorenesses and they've never had any affect other than feeling nice. Sarah uses mostly her feet, adjusting the weight she uses by steadying herself with bars mounted overhead.
