I'm a pretty active guy who Mt bikes, runs trails, works out regularly and moves pianos as part of my business. I've had a few massages in the past for various ailments and sorenesses and they've never had any affect other than feeling nice. Sarah uses mostly her feet, adjusting the weight she uses by steadying herself with bars mounted overhead. I'm new to Ashiatsu. Why have I waited so long to try this???? Sarah is truly amazing. How can she find all the "spots" with her feet!?!? Best massage I've ever had. I love the techniques she uses. She incorporates stretching, deep tissue and relaxation. It's like the perfect massage hurricane.... But a good hurricane.
Amazing massage . If you’re needing your body worked on I can attest that Sarah is the best. I’ve been getting massages from her for about ten years now. The atmosphere in her studio is so nice and relaxing.
