Restorative Yoga class via zoom. What an amazing experience! (I almost fell asleep ,I was so relaxed) I took a class , with Elizabeth, when I was in RI and loved it so much I wanted more. I was excited to learn about her Zoom options for classes. I was able to participate from Maine! It was super user friendly, great audio and picture quality. Absolutely amazing!
I have been seeing Elizabeth for a couple of years now and it has been nothing short of incredible. Each session, Elizabeth integrates reiki, reflexology, and reflexology lymph drainage depending on my needs. What I love about her sessions is they are tailored to YOU. It helps my anxiety and stress immensely, as well as any areas of pain or tension in my body. I strongly recommend booking a session!
I knew I needed something to help me see the light from a dark space, something to help me reconnect with myself, and to reconnect with my heart and soul. Elizabeth has helped me refocus and recharge, all whilst provided a relaxing space for self reflection. I thought the foot rubs were going to be the best part...I have found so much more!!
