I had an excellent experience at SoleFit. Daniel did a very thorough assessment and clearly explained everything — from exercises and footwear to orthotics — to help with my current pain. I often feel a bit intimidated in clinics like this due to my age and fitness level, but Daniel was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated his open and caring approach. Highly recommend!
Daniel is a great guy. And they held on to my orthotics for over 2 years before I finally went and picked them up!

Excellent experience! Highly recommend Daniel, he was very friendly experience and took his time to explain biomechanics, orthotics, posture, and exercises and make sure I understand. Walked through the assessment step-by-step and made a very comfortable and informative experience!
Daniel was incredible! Extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Gave me some great exercises, and tips & suggestions for minimalist shoes. Looking forward to having some more sessions with Daniel in the future!
