Very unprofessional experience. I cancelled my appointment was cancelled because of it. Communication was poor, and when I called to confirm, I was met with confusion and attitude. There was also an attempt to upcharge despite already knowing the pricing. The work may be beautiful, but the customer service completely takes away from it. Not worth the disrespect.
