Small beds and low comfort of the room

housekeepers don't knock when entering a room! they will go in your room when you're not there even if you have a do not disturb sign!
Didn't like the very small "queen" bed, but at least it was firm. First time in a long time having a motel room with actual keys. Overall, mid experience for the price. Could have been slightly cheaper for what you get, but we didn't have much choice at the time.
