Well my solar system is hooked up and working beautifully. I have to give full credit to the installation team and Megain who walked me through every step of the process. The project was completed as promised, on time, on budget... Virtually no problems. I left for work in the morning, came home and I had solar panels - painless. I would highly recommend Solectric ( formerly Solar Ascent) if you're considering adding solar to your home. I'm thrilled!
What to say about Solectric and their team? Simply Outstanding! Solar system upgrades, an EV charger install, a full panel swap, even a swim spa hook up - the team has been here for all of it (at different times of course), and have been outstanding in their time management, professionalism and skill - even a sense of humour. Everything they've worked on has continued to be rock solid and reliable (despite NSP's efforts to not be). When I overhear of a person needing electrical work, they are the first I suggest to call.
Solectric responded quickly to my initial inquiry, provided a reasonable quote for the job and did the EV charger installation shortly afterwards. They found a solution to make space in my existing electric panel to install the breaker required for the charger, thus reducing the cost.
Great service and excellent products. Louis knows his stuff, and was there to guide us through the whole process. He made sure the system we were looking at made sense for our needs, and has been really helpful even after the install when we had questions. If ever we have to get another system installed, Louis and the Solectric team will be our go to.
We are very happy with the professionalism and friendly service provided. The work was done on time and the site was spotlessly clean. I highly recommend their services anytime
