The e25 was never American made as lead to believe, they were imported from India from Farmtrac. SolecTrac has collapsed under poor management and a pump and dump scheme to try and save Ideanomics stock. They stopped paying employees and servicing any tractors starting in early 2024. They left dealers stranded with tractors they couldn't sell or service. I have put a 1,000.00 deposit back in 2022, and I still cant get one email or phone call about my order.
Customer service is terrible, products are OK. Bought a tractor from them in 2021. Have had a decent experience with it since then but dealing with the company has been problematic. They are slow to respond, if they respond at all. Took me months of back and forth to even buy the tractor. Same experience when I wanted a wider set of wheels. Most recently, I found I needed to replace the hydraulic pump and motor due to corrosion at the interface between them. This happened due to a design flaw with the parts.
