I had the immense pleasure of receiving a barefoot massage from Ashley a couple of weeks ago while in town for work. The trip from Alabama to California was stressful and I came to her with a lot of pain in my left shoulder and both feet. 90 minutes later I floated off the table with no foot pain and a shoulder remodel. Two weeks later, still no foot pain and the shoulder is much, much better than before I saw her. Thank you, Ashley!

Love this place. Ashley is amazing, and really understands the muscles she is working on and how the body should function. This is really key for a good massage. Her technique is great for people like me who put their bodies through a lot and really need help getting back to balance and alignment. The breathwork that she incorporates might sound unnecessary, but it is something we all actually need more of, and really helps the session be more effective as you allow yourself to be present for your session. Love this place.
