I reached out in response to an instagram post advertising $69 for Russian manicure special. They responded and said they reserved the ad price only to get a bill of $115 at the checkout when I questioned it they said the promotion was only for first time customers. No where on the ad did it say that and after reviewing the ad and communication it confirmed that I was ripped off.
