Today was my first appointment at Sole to Soul. Cynthia was kind and very thorough. She focused on my trouble areas and talked me through when some areas had extra tension. She applied firm consistent pressure throughout the entire massage. My muscles feel the most relaxed they have in years. I will be booking more time, next visit, as the time flew by.
Abigail took great care informing me about what the process would be with Barefoot massage. It was one of the best lower body massages I have had.
I had an incredible experience here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming — soft lighting, relaxing music, and a welcoming scent in the air. My therapist, Chelsea, took the time to ask about my pressure preference and any areas of tension, and then delivered a perfectly balanced massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
Cynthia was so thorough and attentive. She worked her magic on my neck and helped alleviate migraine tension. I was so incredibly relaxed and can’t sing her enough praises. I will definitely be back!
