The barefoot massage was awesome! She asked about pressure and if it was too little or too much. Welcomed conversation if I wanted to know more about the massage technique. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

The massage was so good I had to immediately come home and review Abigail. I came in feeling tight and with back pain related to nursing and carrying around my velcro baby and left with a nap, some tips to help reduce tension, and feeling loose and relaxed. Abigail took the time to review my needs and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the session. I’m so glad to hear she will be moving her office closer to where I live because I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again, Abigail!

Had my first flexology session with Zara! She was very knowledgeable about human anatomy and body mechanics!! She identified many areas I was having issues with just by doing her stretching. I can tell that this will be very beneficial therapy and I would recommend her if you’re having issues with body movements.
