Would give less than one star if possible. I'm 65 years old and run/walk 10k and 1/2 marathons. I have a high arch. Have worn high end full length insoles for years. I decided to try custom insoles fit to my arch. First I can say the arch support works, as it's custom to my foot. But that's all the good I can find.
