James was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked some great questions and got both of us into new shoes.
Piper was amazing! She found us the right shoe insoles for my son. Her customer service was beyond great. I recommend this place if you need comfort on your feet followed by great customer service.
My son and I stopped by here today. The staff was so nice and helpful! I would give them 10 stars if i could. The lady spent a good amount of time with me. If they had the shoes i wanted. I would have got them today but they had to order them. Then ship them to my home. So i held off getting them today. Anyways i do greatly appreciate the time she spent with me today.
Highly recommend this store for the outstanding customer service and high quality running shoes! Appreciate the knowledgeable and attentive staff!
Great experience today in finding a shoe that addressed all of the foot issues I’m currently facing. James took the time to explain the different options and the finding the right fit in the right shoe. In a shoe store filled with runners and athletes, this pudgy 70 year old felt welcomed and valued.
