Sole Source built our home for us and we couldn’t be happier! Our home was built in just over 90 days, but the speed with which it was built did not adversely affect the quality at all. In fact, we think the quality of our home is far superior to homes taking a year or more for other contractors in our area.

I've hired Sole Source Solution for many home remodeling projects over the years at Topsail Beach and in North Hills. I've also used them to rebuild a dock and reroof several houses. I often refer them to friends and family because they do high quality work and the team is courteous when working at the house.

Thoughts on this: We’ve worked with Joe since 2016 on several projects. He helped renovate my mom’s house in Charlotte for us when we were looking to sell it, and he did worked with our budget to make the renovation as valuable as possible for our needs. The next project was a huge renovation to our primary home and lasted close to a year (accounting for several phases).
