I had my second visit with Becky of Sole Sisters Reflexology. I can really feel the difference. I was dealing with allergies today and it showed up in the tenderness of my feet. I had some drainage during the session, and this evening my breathing is clear. I've scheduled another visit.
I’d never had a reflexology appointment before. It was amazing! I was so relaxed, I fell asleep during it! I slept better that night. I’ve already scheduled one for next month! May 26, 2026 Today I had a spa day at Sole Sisters. We started with reflexology. Becky was so amazing, I fell asleep during it! Then the biomat, followed by the foot detox. Then we ended with a massage by Lissa. Yup! Fell asleep again! I left feeling like a new person, totally relaxed!
I had a very good experience today with Lisa! The office was very nice and massage room was very relaxing. I’ve been getting deep tissue massages every 8-10 weeks for several years due to health issues. I am new to the area from Michigan and had to find a local place. Lisa did a wonderful job finding and taking care of several knots and stretching a hip that was locked up. I believe I have found my local place!!!!
Today was my first massage appointment with Lissa in Clyde. First off she explained to me how the massage would work and asked if I had any problem areas. After we talked about my target areas she began a deep tissue massage that was relaxing and I became very sleepy. She made sure the strength she was using was appropriate and put me at ease. This was a great experience the room was cozy and calm, the table was warm and the oils were not over powerful but relaxing. Thank you Lissa.
Becky is absolutely amazing and explains the pressure points in your foot on what body part is connected to the different points in your foot. This is my second appointment and it helps tremendously with the different points that I am having issues with such as digestive, intestinal and sinuses. It provides relief and my feet feel amazing. Please reach out to her she has an office in Abilene and is very accommodating to your schedule.
